Introduction

The Astrosuri Terms and Conditions ( This “AGREEMENT”) are applicable to all users ( YOU and every member) who access and/or use the platform for online service and professional  consulting services available at https://www.astrosuri.com, Mobile Applications and websites powered  by Astrosuri or Subalok Solutions  ( Each a “ Site” and collectively the “ sites”)

The Sites are currently owned and operated by Subalok Solutions ( Astrosuri).

You are considered to be a “Member” if you register to be a member on the Platform and/or on the sites and your member application is accepted. If you complete the expert application on Expert Platform and/or on the Sites, and your profile has been activated by Astrosuri, then you are considered to be an “ Expert”.

This Agreement applies with respect to you or any Member’s access and/or use of the Expert Platform regardless of where such Expert Platform is made available.

In addition to the Expert Platform being available at the sites, the Expert Platform, or a portion thereof, may also be made available via third party websites. If you or any member has accessed the Expert Platform, or any portion thereof , via a website owned , operated , managed , maintained or controlled by a third party as well. Astrosuri is not and shall not be responsible or liable for any terms, conditions, policies, acts, omissions etc of any such third parties.

This agreement sets forth and contains the terms and conditions between you and Astrosuri. By using any portion of the sites you agree to be bound by this Agreement . It is advisable that you should read this agreement carefully. In the event, If you do not agree to be bound by any clause of this agreement , you should immediately cease from using any portion of this sites. In such case , you will not be able to register as a Member or otherwise access and/or use the Expert Platform.

Astrosuri reserves the right and may modify this Agreement or any part hereof at any time as may be required for the provision of services on the sites, for complying with the legal and regulatory framework and for other legitimate business purposes. Astrosuri will expend reasonable efforts to inform you of any material change to this agreement . That said, you as well as every member is encouraged to check the terms of this Agreement frequently. It is made expressly clear that by continuing to use the Expert platform  and/or the sites ( including maintaining your account) after any modifications have been made to this agreement, would indicate your and/or the Member’s consent to be bound by such modified agreement.

USER CONSENT

By accessing the Website and using it, you (“Member”, “You”, “Your”) indicate that you understand the terms and unconditionally & expressly consent to the Terms of Usage of this Website. If you do not agree with the Terms of Usage, please do not click on the “I AGREE” button. The User is advised to read the Terms of Usage carefully before using or registering on the Website or accessing any material, information or services through the Website. Your use and continued usage of the Website (irrespective of the amendments made from time to time) shall signify your acceptance of the terms of usage and your agreement to be legally bound by the same.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The Website is offering “Free Services” and “Paid Services” (Collectively referred as “Services”). Free Services are easily accessible without becoming a member however for accessing the personalised astrological services and/or receive additional Content and get access to Paid Services, You are required to register as a member on the portal. By registering for Paid Services, a Member agrees to:

REGISTRATION AND ELIGIBILITY

• The User of the Website must be a person who can form legally binding contracts under Indian Contract Act, 1872. The Website would not be held responsible for any misuse that may occur by virtue of any person including a minor using the services provided through the Website.
• For the User to avail the services, the User will be directed to Register as a Member on the Website whereby You (User) agree to provide update, current and accurate information while filling up the sign-in form. All information that you fill and provide to the Website and all updates thereto are referred to in these Terms of Usage as “Registration Data“.
• An account could be created by you through the Website ID (Your Phone Number) and password (OTP) or other log - in ID and password which can include a facebook, gmail or any other valid email ID. The User while creating an account hereby represents and warrants that all the information provided by the User is current, accurate and complete and that the User will maintain the accuracy and keep the information updated from time to time. Use of another User’s account information for availing the services is expressly prohibited. If in case it is found that the information so supplied on the Website is inaccurate, incomplete, untrue and not current, the Website has the right to suspend or terminate the User’s account and restrict/refuse the use of the Website by such User in future.
• The right to use this Website is personal to the User and is not transferable to any other person or entity. The User would be responsible for protecting the confidentiality of User’s passwords and other information required for the purposes of registration. The User would be fully responsible for all the activities that occur under the User’s account with the Website. The Website cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the User’s failure to maintain secrecy and confidentiality. The User shall notify the Website immediately if they become aware of any unauthorized use of their Account(s) or breach of any security. The User must log out from its account at the end of the session.
• The User while availing any service shall be informed whether the service so rendered is personal to the Website or is available from a Third party. The Website shall have no control or monitoring on the information disseminated to any third party via the Website.
• The User agrees, understands and confirms that his/ her personal data including without limitation to details relating to debit card/ credit card transmitted over the Internet may be susceptible to misuse, hacking, theft and/ or fraud and that the Website or the Payment Service Provider(s) have no control over such matters.
• The Website does not permit the use of the Services by any User under the following conditions: -
  • If the User is a resident of any jurisdiction that may prohibit the use of the Services rendered by the Website.
  • If the User is a resident of any State/Country that prohibits by way of law, regulation, treaty or administrative act for entering into trade relations or/and
  • Due to any religious practices.
  • If the User has created multiple accounts using various mobile numbers. The User may not have more than one active account with the Website.

FEATURE “CALL WITH ASTROLOGER”

The Website is providing certain service which is available through the medium of telecommunication with the Astrologer listed and enrolled with the Website. By agreeing to the present Terms of Usage, you are also giving your unconditional consent to the Website to arrange a call with you on your mobile number even though your number is on DND service provided by your mobile service provider.

WEBSITE CONTENT

• The Website and any individual Websites which may be available through external hyperlinks with the Website are private property.
• All interaction on this Website inclusive of the guidance and advice received directly from the Licensed Provider must comply with these Terms of Usage.
• The User shall not post or transmit through this Website any material which violates or infringes in any way upon the rights of others, or any material which is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, invasive of privacy, vulgar, obscene, profane or otherwise objectionable, which encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offence, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any law.
• The Website shall have a right to suspend or terminate access by such User or terminate the User’s registration and such User shall not gain access to the Website.
• The Website reserves the right to terminate the access or to change or discontinue any aspect or feature of the Website including, but not limited to, content, graphics, deals, offers, settings, etc.

Astrosuri does not endorse any specific tests, medications, products or procedures.
• The Website does not take guarantee of any untoward incident that may happen with the User after seeking the Service. The Website or the Service Provider providing the advice is not liable and does not guarantee any results as expected by the User and accessing the Website in such scenario is purely at the risk of the User.
• By using the Site, Application or Services, User hereby agrees that any legal remedy or liability that you seek to obtain for actions or omissions of other Members inclusive of the service provider registered with the Website or other third parties linked with the Website, shall be limited to claim against such particular party who may have caused any harm. You agree not to attempt to impose liability on or seek any legal remedy from the Website with respect to such actions or omissions.

USER ACCOUNT ACCESS

The Website shall have access to the account and the information created by the User for ensuring and maintaining the high-quality services provided by the Website and for addressing the need of the customer in the most effective manner. User hereby consents for the unconditional access of the account by the Website, its employees, agents and other appointed person in such regard. For the purpose of addressing the complaints (if any received) and any suspected abuse reported, the Website shall investigate on case-to-case basis from the records available. The User is directed to read the terms provided in the Privacy Policy as regards such records.

Free Consent
You state that the very fact that you are visiting / have visited the AstroSuri.com is a complete unqualified acceptance of yours relating to various terms and conditions detailed in the website as also in the disclaimer section of this Agreement. You fully declare and undertake with a sound mind without any undue force, pressure, influence or coercion on you, that you shall be fully bound by the terms of the website as also by the terms of the disclaimer. You further undertake that in case any dispute arises out of and relating to the non-performances of any obligations as a visitor of this Astrosuri.com website or as a seeker or querist of opinion, advice or consultancy from the services of the AstroSuri.com website or on account of non-payment of any dues in respect of the services rendered under this Agreement then the exclusive jurisdiction to file law suits against you, being the visitor or querist, shall be in the courts at Bhubaneswar only.

Eligibility
Membership to the Site is void where prohibited. For using this site you must be eligible to enter into contract as per the applicable laws of India and country of your residence. Your use of this AstroSuri.com represents and warrants that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this Agreement and to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

You agree to inform AstroSuri.com your subsequent disability to enter into any contract.

Subsequent disability shall entitle AstroSuri.com to restrict/change/terminate this agreement at its own discretion.

Term & Termination
This Agreement will remain in full force and effect while you use the Site and/or are a Member of AstroSuri.com. You may terminate your membership at any time, for any reason by informing AstroSuri.com in writing to terminate your Membership. In the event you terminate your membership, you will not be entitled to a refund of any unutilized subscription fees or access to digital content or reports purchased through AstroSuri.com. AstroSuri.com may terminate your access to the Site and/or your membership for any reason which shall be effective upon sending notice of termination to you at the email address you provide in your application for membership or such other email address as you may later provide to AstroSuri.com. If AstroSuri.com terminates your membership because of your breaching the Agreement, you will not be entitled to any refund of any unused Subscription fees or access to digital content or reports purchased by you. Even after this Agreement is terminated, certain provisions will remain in effect including sections 5-12, inclusive, of this Agreement.

AstroSuri.com reserves its right to change the Service or delete features at any time and for any reason and to cancel or suspend your Service at any time. Such cancellation or suspension may be without cause and/or without notice. In case of service cancellation, your right to use the Service stops right away. Once the Service is cancelled or suspended, any data you may have stored on the Service may not be retrieved later.

If we cancel the Service in its entirety without cause, then we will refund to you, on a pro-rata basis the amount of your payment corresponding to the portion of your Service remaining right before such cancellation.

You understand that AstroSuri.com may at any time, at its sole discretion and without prior notice to you, prohibit or restrict your access to the use of the website or related services.

Non-Commercial Use by Members
The AstroSuri.com Site is for the personal use of individual members only, and may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavours unless registered and approved as an 'Affiliate' of the Site. This includes providing links to other websites, whether deemed competitive to AstroSuri.com
or otherwise. Illegal and/or unauthorized uses of the Site, including unauthorized framing of or linking to the Site will be investigated, and appropriate legal action will be taken, including without limitation, civil, criminal, and injunctive redress.

AstroSuri.com shall be entitled to recover from you, your successors, heirs, assigns etc any profit, revenue, benefit etc which you have gained/received, expected or going to receive with penalty @50% of such profit/revenue/benefit by unauthorized use of this site.

Other Terms of Use by Members
You may not engage in advertising to, or solicitation of, other Members to buy or sell any products or services through the Service unless accepted as an Expert or as an Authorized Vendor by the Site. You will not transmit any chain letters or junk email to other AstroSuri.com Members. AstroSuri.com
reserves the right to screen messages that you may send to Experts.

You may not use any automated processes, including IRC Bots, EXE's, CGI or any other programs/scripts to view content on or communicate /contact /respond/interact with AstroSuri.com and/or its Members.

Content Posted on the Site
AstroSuri.com owns and retains all proprietary rights, including without limitation, all intellectual property rights in the AstroSuri.com Site and the AstroSuri.com Service. The Site contains the copyrighted material, trademarks, and other proprietary information of AstroSuri.com, and its
licensors. Except for that information which is in the public domain or for which you have been givenexpress permission by AstroSuri.com, you may not copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute,

perform, display, or sell any such proprietary information. All lawful, legal and non-objectionablemessages (in the sole discretion of AstroSuri.com), content and/or other information, content or material that you post on the forum boards shall become the property of AstroSuri.com.

AstroSuri and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers,
employees, agents, partners and licensors expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Astrological counseling offered through AstroSuri.com is based on cumulative or individual knowledge, experience and interpretations of astrologers and as such it may wary from one astrologer to another.

Astrologers on the panel of AstroSuri.com may from time to time make recommendations of using mantras, yantras, gemstones or other astrological remedies to be used by you. Such recommendations are being made in good faith by the astrologers and AstroSuri.com and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners and licensors make no warranty that (i) the service will meet your requirements; (ii) the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free; (iii) the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable; (iv) the quality of any products, services, information or other material purchased or obtained by you through the service will meet your expectations; and (v) any errors in the software
will be corrected. You are required to make full disclosure about the emotional, mental and physical state of the person seeking advice from the panel of astrologers of AstroSuri.com, so that the astrologers make an informed judgment about giving advice.

Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the service is accessed at your own discretion and risk, and you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from the download of any such material. Limitation on liability: you

Disputes
Any claim in relation to this agreement or in connection therewith shall be filed with opposite party within 24 months from the date when the claim first could be filed.

If there is any dispute about or involving the Site and/or the Service, by using the services you further agree that the disputed matter will be governed by the laws of India. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bhubaneswar, India.

Assignment
AstroSuri.com may assign this contract to anybody with or without notice to you. You can not assign this contract to anybody without getting prior written approval/consent of AstroSuri.com. Any such transfer/assignment by you without getting approval of AstroSuri.com shall be void.

Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold AstroSuri.com, its subsidiaries, directors, affiliates, officers, agents, and other partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Service in
violation of this Agreement and/or arising from a breach of any of the terms of this Agreement and/or any breach of your representations and warranties set forth above.

Dealings With Advertisers
Any of your correspondence or business dealings with, or participation in promotions of, advertisers found on or through the Service, including payment and delivery of related goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are solely
between you and such advertiser. You agree that AstroSuri.com shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings or as the result of the presence of such advertisers on the Service.

Other

By becoming a Member of the Site / AstroSuri.com Service, you agree to receive certain specific emails and SMS from AstroSuri.com. This Agreement, accepted upon use of the Site and further affirmed by becoming a Member of the AstroSuri.com service, contains the entire agreement
between you and AstroSuri.com regarding the use of the Site and/or the Service. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.

You are under an obligation to report any misuse or abuse of the Site. If you notice any abuse or misuse of the Site or any thing which is in violation of this Agreement, you shall forthwith report such violation to AstroSuri.com by writing to Customer Care. On receipt of such complaint, AstroSuri.com may investigate such complaint and if necessary may terminate the membership of the Member responsible for such violation abuse or misuse without any refund of subscription fee. Any false complaint made by a Member shall make such Member liable for termination of his / her
membership without any refund of the subscription fee.

AstroSuri reserves the right to withdraw its services to any customer who is found to be unreasonable or abusive during their conversation with an astrologer regardless of the reason. While AstroSuri will make every effort to resolve any such situation, in case this fails, such customers will
be sent a written warning. If it is repeated, the said customer will not be permitted to transact on the platform. Any balance in the customers wallet will be refunded, to the extent that a refund is possible.

AstroSuri.com is a trademark of Subhalok Solutions. By joining AstroSuri.com, you confirm that you have read the above provisions and agree to abide by them.

Refund & Cancellation:

Refunds cannot be issued on the order of any reports under any circumstances, once it reaches the “processing” (Allocated to astrologer) stage. Customers are requested to order carefully and with full consideration. The timelines displayed on the site are an approximate. We try to adhere to them to a
very large extent. However, as these reports are individual and manually generated by our astrologers, some delays are possible. We will try on a best case to deliver as soon as possible. Delays will not be considered as biases for refunds.

We do not consider refunds for in-correct data provided by the customer. We request you to please re-check all your data when entered. AstroSuri.com will not consider refund requests resulting from the incorrect data provided by you. However, if you e-mail us at customercare@AstroSuri.com
within an hour of ordering the report, we will consider the changes to be made.

Any delay in the activation of subscription services will be dealt with immediately and compensated on pro-rata biases. No refunds will be issued on the return of damaged products. By ordering products on AstroSuri.com, the customer takes full responsibility of any damage caused to the
product, post its delivery. In case such an order was made via the ‘cash on delivery’ mode of payment, the customer will be charged the cost of the product, as displayed on AstroSuri.com and the shipping/ customs/ courier charges or all three as applicable, if the product is returned.

The products and services offered by AstroSuri.com are not meant to replace any philosophical, emotional or medical treatment. It is offered here as a service. AstroSuri.com holds no responsibility or liability about the reality or reliability of the astrological effects on the human physiology, by the
gems represented and sold on the website. On ordering the customer assumes full responsibility upon this matter. Thus, no refunds will be issued on this ground.

Any damage caused to the product while in transit, will be dealt with by AstroSuri.com and its agencies. While AstroSuri.com tries to make sure that the products displayed on the website are delivered to the customer in an as-is condition, the picture may differ slightly from the original
product. The customers are advised to exercise discretion in this matter. No refunds will be issued on this bias.

Phone Advise: Please ensure that your contact number is in full coverage area and that you answer the phone when it rings. Any call once connected, will not be refunded.

I hereby authorise and give consent to Company anme to send me either through itself or through any third party service provider from time to time various information/ alerts /SMS /other messages or calls or commercial communication and other services on the aforesaid listed telephone numbers whether these numbers are registered with national do not call registry listed in National customer preference register or not .I also confirm that by sending any such messages/ calls ,I will not hold a ASBL its third party service provider liable institute complaint under telecom commercial communication customer preference (TRAI) regulation 2010 or such other applicable regulations including any amendment thereof as may be applicable from time to time...

Refund Policy

All refunds will be made after deducting the transaction charges levied by the bank and / or the payment gateway, the cost of shipping or courier charges (back and forth), customs duty and / or any other charges that may have been borne by AstroSuri.com in processing and / or delivering the service, as applicable. Multiple payments against the same order will be refunded in full (without deducting transaction charges on the duplicate payments), after retaining the cost of a singular order
